Warranty

In Ontario, new home owners are protected under the Tarion Warranty Corporation. Tarion is a Government of Ontario mandated private corporation that protects the rights of new home buyers and regulates new home builders. A builder needs to be Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) licensed first to register homes with Tarion. Tarion administers the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act, which outlines the warranty protection that new home purchasers are entitled to in Ontario. Our warranties are limited to the requirements established by the Tarion Warranty Plan Act.

Story

BASS HOMES is built on a 35+ year legacy of design, construction, and craftsmanship. Founded on Akram’s early experience in civil engineering and development, the company grew from a strong international foundation into a Canadian homebuilding practice rooted in quality, trust, and continuous improvement.

After relocating to Canada, BASS HOMES embraced new opportunities in the Toronto housing market. As Canadian citizens and local builders, we have developed over 15 homes across Toronto, combining decades of construction experience with a deep understanding of local design expectations, building standards, and client needs.

Today, BASS HOMES continues to bring together global insight and Canadian expertise to deliver homes that are thoughtfully designed, carefully built, and made to exceed expectations. Our journey reflects a commitment to growth, resilience, and excellence in every project we take on.
